At Kuantia, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have used our services through Facebook Login or WhatsApp Business integration, you have the right to request the deletion of your data from our systems.

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

What Data We Store

When you connect your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account to Kuantia, we may store:

• Facebook User ID (for authentication purposes)
• WhatsApp Business Account ID and phone number information
• Business name and contact information
• Message history and conversation data (processed on your behalf)
• Integration settings and preferences

What Happens After Your Request

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction records required for tax or legal compliance
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you

For Facebook Users

If you connected your Facebook account to Kuantia, you can also manage app permissions directly from Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Click on "Apps and Websites"
3. Find Kuantia in the list of connected apps
4. Click "Remove" to revoke access

Removing the app from Facebook will prevent future data collection, but to delete data already collected, please follow the email request process above.
